About me

Who Am I?

My name is Agnieszka Marek, MSc, I am part of a team of End of Life Doulas providing compassionate, tailored support through an NHS - commissioned project in South West London, working alongside health and social care professionals via EoLDUK.

I am a member of End of Life Doula UK, fully insured, and hold an enhanced DBS check. I am a mentor to working doulas in the community.

As an End of Life Doula and Certified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, with an MSc in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Transpersonal Psychology, my practice is holistic and person - centered. I weave together practical help, emotional support, embodied presence, and, when invited, spiritual insight.

Grounded in a deep connection to nature and the rhythms of life, I offer a calm, steady presence that helps bring clarity, peace, and perspective to this sacred transition. I offer comfort and guidance through life"s final chapter, and I place great importance on supporting individuals to express and realise their end-of-life wishes, whatever form that may take.

My experience with grief and bereavement has shaped an empathetic and nurturing approach, where open, honest conversations about death are gently welcomed. I aim to support a journey toward peace, understanding, and emotional spaciousness. Further strengthened by my background in Transpersonal Psychology, I honour the soul's journey, holding space for whatever beliefs or questions may arise near the end of life. My intention is always to provide an informed, heart-centered presence, in alignment with each person's unique values and way of being.
